Q: Where do you ship? A: We currently ship across South Africa. If you're outside SA, drop us an email - we might be able to assist.
Q: How long does delivery take? A: Local (Gauteng) orders typically arrive within 3 - 5 business days. Other Provinces within 3 - 7 days. You'll receive tracking info once your order ships.
Q: Do you offer express shipping? A: Not at the moment.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major cards, EFT, and secure mobile payments. Your data is protected with encrypted checkout.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item? A: Yes - returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, has original tags, packaging and original receipt. Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? A: Contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it swiftly and fairly.
